Insurance

Our office is in-network with select Individual PPO plans. Prior to scheduling an appointment, we ask that all patients to please verify with your insurance that we are in-network with your plan,  as we are not responsible for the specific terms of your coverage with your health insurance. 

To verify, you may call your insurance or look on your insurance’s website.

We are out-of-network and do not accept United Healthcare and most Covered California plans. We do not accept HMO, Medicare, and MediCal plans. You may still see one of our providers by establishing as an out-of-pocket cash patient.
