Explorer Tracks
If you’re interested in simply exploring ways to get healthier, then our Explorer Tracks serve as an excellent, short-term commitment to sample ReNovi’s integrative approach to address a specific health concern, get evaluated, and take action toward a better sense of well-being.
When you embark on an Explorer Track, you commit to a timeline with a specific start and end point, usually spanning 3-months. Within the time period of the track, you will have three visits with our practitioners, bundling an initial consult, lab order, lab review, and action plan all in one convenient package. Your results and treatment plans will be reviewed by both our MD and our FNP, so you benefit from a co-managed approach in these tracks.
Each Explorer Track is focused on one specific health concern, which will be the focus for all three of your visits. The goal of this concentrated effort is to address one priority area of concern and work toward tangible improvement during the timeline. Therefore, your appointments will be limited in scope, and diagnoses/treatment plans will be limited to the health concern of the track.
Since these tracks are focused in scope, we are able to offer this service at a reduced rate, bypassing the more comprehensive intake process of formally establishing care as a patient.

What you can expect
- Each track is paid in CASH, regardless if you have in-network PPO insurance.
- Three 20-minute focused, limited-scope appointments
- Detailed diagnostic lab order(s) relevant to track’s focus
- Co-management of treatment by MD and FNP
- Your lab results and treatment plan will be reviewed and created by BOTH practitioners
- Supplements and/or RXs prescribed as part of the treatment plan
- Possible lifestyle/dietary changes as part of the treatment plan
What we expect from you
- Prompt, timely completion of labs. We will pre-book all three of your visits, so it is necessary that your labs are completed on time.
- Prompt communication with our office through e-mail, text, and our Helpdesk system.
- Late cancellations and no-shows come with a fee.
MD Visit Upgrade
All of our Explorer Tracks include three visits with one of our Nurse Practitioners. If you’d like guaranteed face-to-face time with our MD, you are able to upgrade your second visit (review of lab results) to be with the MD. This upgrade fee is $200.
